Very greedy! Rude! Does not acknowledge recurring customers. I used them many times and they always make mistake one after a other. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. as a business owner and landlord I don't recommend using them for house closings. They want me to pay to talk to them about my case. After being a client of there's for a long while. Cader settlements does a much better full job and actually backs there title search unlike this firm

I dropped off files for a friend that was in the hospital. Attorney Pomerico was very kind and considerate to help out, in an emergency situation.
