They sure do discourage you the second you start talking about a immigration issue. Do better !!!!
I called at 8:50am this morning and was told I would receive a call back. They even gathered my email and I received nothing. I really needed help.
They didn't deserve any stars. I feel aggrieved in paying $2500 for a request for an I-918 supplement B certification which was denied after 1 year because they sent the completed form without any basis and after that to complete the demonstration of this office's inability to have an effective defense on the case, they told me that they couldn't do anything else.
My case is with Namir, he is very nice and he did a great job so far on my case, soon I will continue working with him thank you Namir for your help so far I’ll recommend them to anyone! I’m know they are little expensive but they know their job my pastor recommended me to go see them like I said they are very good!
If you only talk with the employee the service is poor. When things does not going well ask to talk with Elisa. She is a great person.
