My ex and I hired this firm to handle a residential construction dispute with a contractor. It was an open and shut case with clear evidence against the contractor proving that he breached the contract due to not completing the job, installing the wrong materials, and going well past the deadline to complete the job. However, we paid this law firm thousands to sue the contractor simply to lose the whole case, and have to pay the contractor anyway due to a default judgment by the judge, because the attorney withdrew from the case to go to another firm, and we missed the court date, because the attorney failed to follow up with us to let us know that the case was denied a continuation, which was requested by him in the first place with his withdrawal request. I wouldn't trust this firm to pull out a chair for me in front of a judge let alone represent me for a case.
