Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd.

It took me a little bit to get hold of them in January. Their VM said something about some sort of hack or security issue. They eventually returned my calls, and were very helpful at each conversation. They didn't have a file on me yet, but the City said they sent everything to Portnoff. I was in a little bit of a limbo, as the City wouldn't take payment, and Portnoff couldn't give me a number. I sent Portnoff a check with my best guess, which took them a bit to cash. Overall, they were friendly and professional. I hope that the City of Bethlehem and Portnoff will resolve the limbo that happens in January. I also hope I am able to get my payments in before the end of the year, as that would solve this overall. It's my fault for not being on time, so I reap what I sow. Thanks Portnoff for being professionals.

Portnoff law associates are the most disgusting humans I ever delt with. STEVE "THE ONLY STEVE THAT WORKS FOR THEM" is the most heartless evil cold human I ever came across. No understanding, no feeling, cold person. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Do not reccemond them.

It's a collection place doesn't really want you to pay it off so they make it real hard to take payments you can pay for a pizza delivery guy or Uber driver right in the car but nothing over the phone your credit card by phone no nothing they want you to do everything online after you stayed stayed on hold for an hour and a half. Waiting for One of these bozos to pick up the phone to tell you nothing they can even look up your account or they just won't horrible disgusting company !!!????????????

They put a lien on my property for $100 in trash fees from 2010. Convenient that it was 12 years ago and I can’t produce proof it was paid since I have switched banks since then.
