Absolute trash office. I had to leave a lease early due to a domestic violence situation. Got charged so much because of the "unplanned noticed" I went to court after getting papers and we worked out $50 a month payments. Any time that I've been late, I call the office and tell them. In March, I called that I knew I had been late because I have a developmental delayed toddler, I had sent them both past due payments and my April payment. Paycheck from work came today, and they garnished my wages, WHICH was dated for 3/25/2025. A whole 2 weeks after I called and spoke to the "receptionist". When I called them today, because I was never given ANY notice of this, she said I've never called them before. Even though, I recognize her voice and know I've spoken to her every time I call in. She said the garnishment was filed in Feb, which is NOT true per the papers from my employer. And come to find out, the payments I've made, haven't even gone to the principle balance because I have interest on it? But they gladly accepted that extra payment that they got a week before a garnishment was filed. Both the attorney and the receptionist are trash. Absolutely ridiculous that we claim to not see my calls, but never had a problem the last year that I've been paying them. Missed one payment and ended up with a garnishment on my record for the next 3 months. A whole $800 a month getting taken out, knowing I cannot afford more than what I was paying.

Can you leave 0 stars? BBB needs to look into this company. We received no contact about a debt, they pushed it straight to the courts and said our only option for repayment is through a cashiers check sent via snail mail no less than $50 a week. We did this. Missed one payment and now they are threatening to garnish wages. Calling an attorney after this post And hopefully we can get this cleared up. I just want to warn others that this company is dirty.

Called to ask about my grandfather's will, which was filed in 2015. They said they don't do wills and promptly hung up the phone. As it would turn out, they did have my grandfather's will. Pretty stupid way to do business

Got legal paper work stating I owed for an emergency room fee! Had receipt that it was paid and the secretary that answered the phone did nothing but yell and talk over me. Try to give her the information to show that it was paid for she refused to take it. Have been calling for the past three days their phone has been off the hook they flat out called me a liar when I have it all on recording. Guess I'll be seeing him in court with my union lawyer. Update they sent paperwork again to take me to court which I responded to with the court system. They dropped the case. Assuming they were just expecting a default win! Not happening!
