This is the only establishment using pandemic excuse now and still working from home and never available for their clients. They won’t provide updates, case progress or original notices to clients which are needed for travel and work. After making trips to dmv and getting sent back you will finally have to beg them for your original notices. Good luck if you travel out of country because they wont educate you that you need to have original notices with you. It’s the attorney’s duty to provide you with a copy of the notice they receive at their office. You really have to rely on google and your own research and be on top of your case, else they will be sleeping on your case. Do not waste your hard earned money here! Immigration is a challenging process and you need friendly and attentive attorneys with good attitudes who are there for their clients! Not a group of people who will give you dodge after you have paid the fees! It was a stressful experience and I’m never using this firm again!

They have were here to make money off of you vibe.I scheduled a general consultation for which I was charged $350. Most firms offer a free 30 minute phone call where the lawyers see if they can take the case, they didn’t. The consultation lasted 15 minutes barely, as I was told by Rachel S. Binstock that she can’t help with my case (understandable since it’s not your standard file this form for me kind of a case). For the sake of conversation, she did end up offering advice like ‘write to you senator’, which frankly my 15 year old brother also could. Rachel was mostly polite, but a little impatient and ended up soliciting me for advice because she hasn’t been able to achieve certain results I was, with the USCIS technical support system. I found this unprofessional honestly. I asked for a refund and was given a partial refund. The firm kept $150 of my money for a 15 minute consultation that was frankly useless. I politely asked for a full refund and was told off- they usually don’t do refunds. I guess I’m supposed to feel special? I understand that lawyers bill their time, but when they cannot remotely help, professional ethics dictate they don’t charge you for a 15 minute phone call. I’m also in the service industry (architect) and this is highly unprofessional. I am talking to another lawyer and they are helping, so it’s not like I was requiring a service lawyers cannot help with at all.

From the start Rachael Binstock seemed annoyed and impatient with our questions and offered to give us our money back if we didn't trust what she was saying! Perhaps she needs a vacation. Her paralegal, Louise, was worse. She would not respond to my inquiries and the stated that she did. She could not retrieve any proof of such. Weeks after a call to make sure everything was in for her to file she said more was needed! Paying too much to chase them!!! Lost $500 and was in tears saying, THIS IS NOT YOUR HUSBAND (OBVIOUSLY) THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY!

Read the negative reviews, those are the real ones. To save you time and money look for people that wants to help with your case, not a group that just want to collect the money and then vanished. My case got delayed because they didn’t feel like putting extra effort since they had collected 4K they wanted from me. I ended up finishing my case by contacting NVC and immigration myself, asking them questions they should have done. I finished the rest of the process and now because of ME there’s a happy ending. These people don’t like to pursue. If you want to save yourself some stress then look for another lawyer.

She quickly identified the extreme hardship as our basis and we proceeded forward. In matter of weeks she has prepared a very strong case and sent it to USCIS. To summarize, the whole process was very difficult and long but it proved that we had the right attorney on our side and our case was approved. We clearly couldn’t do it by ourselves as it requires deep expertise that only a very experienced attorney would have. At Schwartz Posel we felt treated like a family.
