Closing on a home sale with my fiancé was the easy part, we were promised a wire transfer the next day because we had passed a 4:30 pm cutoff. (Sounds reasonable right?) Fast forward over the next the next 4 days : we were given the run around, fed excuses, and made promises that were not delivered. We couldn’t even get a simple call back about why the proceeds from the sale were not funded. FINALLY after some more excuses and 4 days they delivered what they promised. This was our first and last experience with this company. I will use any title company but Pratt Aycock when we purchase our new house this year.

This company is excellent to work with. Amanda S. Is very professional and courteous! She helped us close on a home deal that had a few hiccups and these guys worked hard to get it done. If i get the chance i will use them again! Thank you Pratt Aycock for excellent service!
