I applied in February of 2024. I not once got a call ,email, text, or letter from them after February 24th 2024. They finally contacted on me March 10th 2025 because social security noticed that they were my rep. And needed to request surgery records that I had to get because Premier could not get them. I made a call and I emailed the records within 45 min of the request. They did not one thing for me. I never spoke with anyone and was never seen by any of there medical staff. I filed all the papers so what did they do to earn any fees.
The folks from Premier were up front about everything from the jump. They explained the process to me in a way anyone would understand. It took about 12 or 13 months from start to finish and I received paperwork from SSA occasionally that I had to fill out and sign, but overall the process was painless. I was approved and Premier was right there to advise on what followed. I’m a pretty critical person but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Premier.
When I applied for disability I had a lot of questions... They were able to answer every question very honestly and walked me through the whole process. If I called with a question, no matter who answered the phone, they were able to give me the answer without having to be placed on endless holds or transferred five times. When my request was denied the first time they immediately started on the appeal. When I had to go in front of the judge they were with me the whole time. Premier Disability made a scary process smooth and easy. I highly recommend them if you need to apply for disability! It was a long process but they were with me every step.
Premier Disability is one of the most reliable & trusted in legal representation for anything to do with Social Security. When I first tried to apply I was told my birthday was wrong and I needed to call in to speak to someone. That never happened because I couldn’t get through. Premier Disability takes all that stress away. I have needed them for over a year now. So when my application was eventually denied, AS ALMOST ALL FIRST TIME APPLICANTS ARE, I reached out to Premier Disability and they said ok here’s what we’re going to do…. File an appeal while I have you on the phone. While I was on the phone i received an email which was an electronic signature authorizing Premier Disability to ck on my claim for me. They followed my claim through the denial, appeal & through the reconsideration. THANK YOU PREMIER DISABILITY for not allowing me to fail. I’m still waiting on a final outcome in applying for expedited payments to my claim since I’ve fallen into such extreme hardship, including the loss of my home after 10 years, but I know Premier Disability will stay with me until everything is taken care of. I would highly recommend Premier Disability services to anyone!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. They took on my case in April of 2024. I was denied twice after going through all the paperwork, doctor appointments, etc. I was sent a letter in January from SSA stating I was turned down for the second time. I then got a letter from Premier in February stating that they would be taking my case before a judge and they would contact me for more information. Then a week later, I got a letter stating they would no longer be handling my case. They never contacted SSA to let them know, even as of today, the person who represented me from Premier is still listed on the SSA website as my representative. I have since had to scurry to find another disability lawyer to file my request for a hearing before the 60 day deadline, which I did, and it's now being handled by a different attorney. I have been unable to work longer than a couple of weeks in the past year at any job, and am basically broke. I am so disgusted, because I never got an explanation for why I was dropped. I am lucky I found an attorney in time because I would have had to start all over and lose the whole process from the past year! I do not recommend Premier at all. The communication was sketchy at best, and the doctors they sent me to asked me how I could even walk with the shape my foot is in. Premier did very little. Not happy at all.
