I called this firm looking to hire an attorney and although they weren't the type of attorney I needed, Brandi, the young lady who took my call was not only SUPER polite and professional, she also took the time to share some EXTREMELY valuable information with me and set me up on the right path to finding the right type of attorney for my needs. Also, Brandi put the proverbial "cherry on the sundae" by giving me a couple "tips" to help protect myself and to empower me as a consumer. I wish this firm WAS the one I needed because I would have retained their services in a heartbeat.
