Excellent Customer Service I was very pleased with the level of service provided. The team worked within the budget I had to effectively resolve my issue. My representative, Tahir (ext. 7504), was prompt, clear in his communication, and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again should the need arise.

Though I was feeling down about having to set up a payment arrangement Tahir made my experience well worth the time. He was informative, patient, attentive and genuinely kind, normally I don't leave reviews but he deserves it. 7504 is his extension, please feel free to reach out, he said all he wants to do is help.

My interaction w this firm was a positive experience. I submitted a settlement offer & they countered w an offer that was reasonable. I conducted business w rep Amanda @ ext5349 & she was super friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. She is the epitome of exemplary customer care.????????

For over a month now, they haven’t been able to provide me with proof that the account is settled and the balance is zero. Every time I call, all they say is that they’ve submitted requests and can’t help me. I’m simply asking for a receipt showing that I made the payment, or a document proving that the balance is zero.

Sunny ext 5373 was very helpful at helping me resolve issues on my acct. very informative. However I wasn’t giving many options . Being out of work due to cancer treatments was not taken into consideration. If someone is asking for help making a payment plan due to specific considerations I think it should be an option .
