This law firm never forgot about me an average Joe who got hurt. It was years that this case went on for. I got to the point where I figured I would have been dropped from the case because of how many years has past. And to my surprise they have never forgot the case and continued fighting behind the scenes years later. They always kept in contact with me good news or bad. They could have just dropped the case it was such a hassle. But they never did they stayed fighting literally tooth and nail. And guess what we won ! The experience with everyone involved in my case was exceptional. I would refer them to anyone with a personal injury case. They really make you feel like you matter. With them , to me, it wasn't just about the money. It was more concern with my well-being.
Called a week ago (per the attorney's request) to discuss a possible case. They were too busy at the time the call was made so I left my name and phone number with the lady who answered the phone. A whole week later and I have yet to hear from the attorney. I guess they prioritize higher profile cases over the small timers, which I get, money talks. Even if the situation was not worth the time to actually pursue it still would have been nice to have received a courtesy call back regardless.
