Mr. Mooney along with his staff was wonderful since day 1. He took our case the same day my friend had his hearing after being detained and he did a terrific job in that hearing. Mr. Mooney represented me recently in a case that was quite protracted as a result of delays caused by Covid. Mr. Mooney kept me apprised throughout the process, and was nothing less than professional, as he worked diligently to move my case through the system. He advised me of options, potential issues etc, while ultimately ensuring the decision was mine. His professionalism, self assurance, allayed my concerns as he diligently worked the case to a successful outcome.

The worst took my case didn’t full understand DC residents with DUI with CDL holders…. Never called me to go over my case because during Covid Mr.Mooney came to my court date only for his colleague to come on and take over my case at the last minute not fully understanding what was at stake … Terrible ruling and no justification for the mess they made Call everyday for 2 weeks only for them to do nothing … $2500 worst money ever spent !!! Look elsewhere they have no integrity!!!

The worst office ever. I had all the Attorney’s claim to pick up my case to help my son and they never call back. They took my money. They cannot explain why my son had been locked up for a year with no evidence the discovery that we requested and got a year later shows my son as the victim. They keep extending his trail date because the state requested. Don’t USE THEM I found that 2 public defender would of been better.
