I wish I could give -zero stars. THIS FIRM IS A JOKE. THEY GARNISHED 3 OF MY BANK ACCOUNTS THE 1ST PART OF JAN. 2024. I MADE FULL PAYMENT 2 DAYS LATER. AS THEY NEVER & I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, NEVER RETURN CALLS & NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS. I finally caught PATRICK on the phone (he decided to answer on Jan. 23, 2024). He informed me that my payment was received & my bank accounts should be released within a couple of days. 2 weeks past and my bank accounts are still frozen. I called & called again & no answer nor return calls. On Feb. 8th 2024, someone named Tony from the firm called me & informed me that my paperwork was sent over to the courts a couple of days ago. So I waited & waited & I never heard anything BUT MY ACCOUNTS ARE STILL FROZEN. On Feb.18th, I wrote a letter to the courts & filed a motion to release & I also filed a complaint to the Bar association. I sent copies of everything to this non professional firm. I was still calling them but no answer & you already know the rest. I contacted the courts today Feb 21, 2024 & the clerk told me they sent the paperwork over yesterday Feb. 20th, 2024. HUMM after they noticed I filed a complaint against them they wanted to send it. Now I have to wait for them to go back to court on MARCH 22, 2024 on my case to finalize the levy release. I don't have to go but I'm going so I can express my feelings to them in their face. They got payment in full Jan 11, 2024 & I have to wait another month or more to have my bank accounts back. ALL OF THEM ARE LIARS! THIS IS SOME BULL & THEY NEED TO BE DISBARRED.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any “company.” After receiving a letter 11 years after an incident my accounts were frozen. ELEVEN YEARS! Well I paid the settlement a few days later and was told my accounts would be unlocked in the next few days. 2 weeks later still nothing and they said it will be done Thursday or Friday. It’s now Wednesday and still nothing. Will not return my calls or voicemails. The “paralegal” I spoke to throughout this process, Patrick Tommey, acts like I’m an inconvenience to him when he obviously is not doing his job. Don’t tell someone something will be done and then not follow through. Needless to say this place is awful and every person I have interacted with has been awful.

Their business model is debt collections. Do not let them convince you they do anything noble. Once more, their Customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced, Took many hours of persistent calling to get someone on the phone, then, their paralegals literally just going uh huh, and ok, over and over again, while they obviously are ignoring everything you are saying. I got 2 payments behind because I lost the email with who they were, as they don't have a web site you can make an account with and save. So, instead of shooting me an email or a phone call about my tardiness, they immediately put a Lein on my savings account for the entire debt. I ended up refinancing the debt to get away from these people. I would not want to be any of these people, when my day of final Judgement, in front of St.Peter finally comes.

Unprofessional. No form of communication. Doesn’t return calls back. Automated phone system, no options to speak with someone. They are a debt collection law firm, so don’t expect any moral values from this firm.

UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Even if you are cooperating, they will take you to court. I told them I would not be paying through them but directly to the company I owe money and the company said that was fine. These lawyers told me they understood and then the FILED ANOTHER LAWSUIT. They’re unprofessional money hungry lawyers. These guys are a JOKE. They are debt collectors but terrible at it. Some companies have claimed they never got their payout from the “debt collection”. They make it impossible to get in contact with them to make any kind of payment but will happily take you to court and try to make you pay their lawyer fees. Do yourself a favor and cut out the middle man. Whoever they’re suing you for, go straight to them and pay straight to the source. That’s what I’m doing and they’re still trying to make me pay them because they want their extra $3000 in lawyer fees. Disgusting practice. Avoid at all costs.
