I am sad I can't give less than one. Yes, willing to talk to us, but more to lecture us about what SHOULD have been done well before this point. Interrupting, correcting, and essentially rude. If you're not feeling up to taking a first time phone call from a potential client, have another coffee, take a walk around the block. Do NOT get on the phone and basically act as if we're wasting your time. VERY grateful I live far enough away where this is not the level of Legal Professionalism I would be subjected to if I lived in Racine. Call ANYONE else! And the response to this Review is that three-way calls can be challenging at times? That's stating I'm sorry I was rude to you, lectured you, and gave you the distinct impression you're wasting my time, but there were two voices on the call to my one. You need to review your reviews. This was not the first time someone in your office has given potential customers (and, I suspect customers) a similar impression. I checked after I wrote my review.
