I hired Mr. Cheshire earlier in the year as my attorney to handle a custody/travel issue. He took care of things so quickly, I luckily didn't have to cancel travel plans that had been made months in advance. He was easily accessible, answered all of my questions, and his retainer/fee was reasonable. Run from this lawyer! Paid him $7,500 upfront for an in-person, one day child custody trial. He appeared via Zoom from his home and the case was settled after 3 hours. Now he refuses to file the final paperwork unless I give him another $1,275! We are a single-income military family with 4 children and my spouse is currently deployed. Absolutely disgraceful treatment! Now I am trapped without a resolution and $7,500 in debt.
