No one calls you back they don’t seem to care I felt like a a page in a book being flipped … Terry jones is the best hands down , when I called other Attorneys they didn’t seem to care about my case I felt brushed off they didn’t seem to care to help me get the best possible outcome but ATTORNEY TERRY JONES ( Office - NO CUFFS TAMPA) actually listened to me and cared I felt like priority this is the best attorney he keeps it real but also helps you the best way he can , he saved my future I’m so grateful to have him as my attorney words can’t describe how happy I am thank you so much for listening to me when others wouldn’t . Thank you again I appreciate it so much. He really does care about his clients .

Worthless is an understatement. They work with the prosecution to trick people into signing false confessions with a combination of threats and lies. Never accept PTI or probation unless you're guilty. Signing a PTI or probation agreement insures you will be treated as a convicted felon regardless of what the defender says. There is a hidden confession included in each PTI contract. Public records will point out you're guilty after charges are dropped and your career aspects will never recover. The only way to protect your rights and reputation is proving your innocent in court.

If I could have given them less than zero I would have… the worst service ever … no professionalism at all .. Stacey shrudder was appointee and it’s been 22 days and to this point she has yet to reach out . She sits in her office while Shannon tells you she’s not there. And avoids the calls that they inform the inmates to make to their offices. I am currently seeking counseling to confirm if she’s in violation of my rights. And searching for a news station to go public on the absolute abuse of authority if she has personal issues with helping the public she should seek other employment and leave the public cases to someone who really wants to help the public. You misses scheduled appointments and do not reschedule. And getting in touch with her supervisor is also a task.

I was given a public defender for a Battery charge that I was wrongly accused of. Tawnee Bradham and Allison Brennan were suppose to be my attorneys. What a joke!!!! They tried to strong arm and threaten me into pleading guilty to something I knew I hadn’t done just because the people around the office said it wasn’t winnable. I asked for documentation and discovery multiple times and it was never given to me. They would book appts and never call when they said they would. The best thing I ever did was hire a real attorney (it was an investment) but it was worth every single penny. I WON!!!!! Tawnee and Allison are worthless…. Do not trust them with your lives when you know you aren’t guilty!

This public defenders office is HORRIBLE plain and simple. It should be illegal what they are doing to their clients which is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They only want to get a guilty plea and that is it!! They care nothing about really defending their clients. There may be one or two good ones but the rest are all TRASH ????. The only reason I give them a star is because if I don't give any stars it won't let me post this.
