Pugh And Associates PA

Had a parental plan drafted up back in 2019, paid all the fees up front. Here we are 2023 and I am continuously receiving emails from them stating I have an overdue balance of $420. I have called and emailed the office NUMEROUS times to figure out what is going on but they never reply to my emails or voicemails and nobody ever answers the phone no matter what day or time I call.

Took $500 from me and promised to get me a court date. I was so relieved I finally found someone to help me that I cried. Dragged his feet for 2 weeks and did nothing. I left several messages asking for a 5 minute conversation and he would not respond. You told me he would help me get a lawyer in the other state. He told me he would help me prepare for court. Put together a motion that a child could have written. Wrong case number, wrong figures, my name spelled wrong. When I had an issue and could not get a court date he would not even talk to me. Says his involvement is done through his assistant and would not talk to me. I have lost all this time and I'm left in a dire situation. If you spend a little time with him you will figure out how incompetent he is before you waste your money. If you look at my other reviews you will see that I do not post half hazardly. My sincere hope is that I can save other people from this man.

I just want to say if your looking for an honest lawyer that cares look no further . A year ago me and my husband needed an attorney and found Attorney Jack Pugh and we are ever so grateful for the entire journey with him, he has displayed dedication and commitment and communication always . His litigation assistant Nicola was so helpful always and dedicated and compassionate. Mr Pugh and Nicola always made us feel like we important, during this time this was extremely helpful for us with many obstacles that were happening . Took my money, filed and never communicated the case was closed. Left the case with 500 dollars to pay off. Told him the defendant did a bankruptcy and needed to sell the house. Case was dismissed due to their bankruptcy. Defendant never subpoenaed.
