Here is my exact letter to Mr. Pulaski that I just sent: I went ahead and signed it only because I’m ready to be done with this crap. I need to say though: Unfortunately, I can’t find any of my initial paperwork to find where all the extras would be noted, so I can’t really fight it. I can’t believe you ended up with 52% of my settlement. This is outrageous. When I googled what the 40% should cover, this is what I found: “ A 40% class action attorney fee typically includes compensation for all the legal work involved in representing the class, including: initial case evaluation, investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, court appearances, legal research, drafting documents, communication with class members, and any appeals, all of which are necessary to successfully resolve a complex class action lawsuit; this percentage is considered high within the typical range of 25-35% for class action cases, and may be justified by the complexity of the case or the significant effort required by the attorneys.” You pretty much double charged on a lot of things with this being what it SHOULD include. You didn’t do enough to warrant 52% of my settlement. I’m disgusted. You are dealing with a lot of disabled veterans who can really use every cent that they can get and actually deserve. All I can say is WOW. I should have researched you a little more before I hired you. I’ll make sure to leave a proper review. This whole process with your firm has been a nightmare. Karma, sir. ———- I sent my medical records. They didn’t send off for them. I had a hard time making sure my address and contact info was updated, which resulted in longer wait time to get my settlement. I had to threaten to file a complaint to the Texas State Bar at one point because they were ignoring my messages about the case. Then I got snarky responses in return. This 3M suit didn’t even go to trial; it settled. So a paper trail costs 52%? I’m so confused on how you can possibly justify this!!! Find out I got gouged by these thieves. How is this ethical to do the BARE MINIMUM and take more than half from the injured party? I’m sure Mr. Pulaski doesn’t wonder where his next meal will come from. Like I said, Karma. Good lord, I keep having to edit this because I keep remembering more and more frustration over the last 5-6 years!!! Probably more to come… PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Do not hire this firm!!
This law firm was dealing with a medical claim for my mother who passed away. I've been trying to get a hold of them to see what I can do because they have sent her letters and they've never returned my calls or emails in two months. Every time I call they just say they'll call back and never let me speak to anyone. I have an open class action suit with them and I can't get a response to save my life. I have called a great number of times abd I get the same BS each time "we will forward your message to the team and they will get back to you". We'll they never have. They asked me gor information, I sent it, and then they asked me for it again. I figured I must not have done something right, so I tried to send it again, but it already showed my information was there. I tried to contact them and got the same BS run around. I still have not heard from them. I can not say that I would recommend them. Thos os not how you treat someone that is dependent on you for updated information.
They never return calls. They will take a message and that's about it. I truly wish I attained another attorney. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this attorney. They have no means or understanding of communication. Actually they deserve 0 starts
I am not sure how to rate this firm, or if they even read these reviews. I have called, sent emails, and attempted to message them on their website, and not received any response beyond "I will send a message to our legal team", which is starting to feel like a way of passing the buck. I realize that they have many clients to manage in the 3M class action, the lack of professionalism is not a good sign.
