Mr. Putnam is an outstanding attorney. He is always helpful and can answer any question with accuracy. He sees both the big picture and the detail. He has integrity and always acts in an ethical manner. Very highly recommended.

Parents elderly attorney. I don’t live in FL, but my parents did and chose Able Putnam to do a lifetime estate deed for their home, review their wills, do POAs, etc. Long story short, a Ms Creighton called me one day after I left a message concerning my parents estate, and she literally just screamed at me the entire conversation. I think I said hello and good bye. Mr Putnam will return my calls if I call repeatedly, but then is of no help. Says I need to get my own attorney to explain the house deed ( I am on) that he drafted for my parents. Very unhelpful overall.

I read some of the negative one star posts and felt compelled to post my own comment. I have dealt with each of these three lawyers. 1) Adam Airth is an invaluable resource for corporate law and estate planning. I have used his services multiple times for both areas of expertise. I highly recommend him and consider him my go to person for wise counsel on any issues falling in these areas and often for common sense solutions to everyday business problems. 2) Abel Putnam is a very skilled, intelligent and competent attorney who handles any real estate transactions my company does or that I do on a personal level. While Abel may be straightforward and truthful (I consider a quality which can often be confused with arrogance) I have never found him to be braggadocious about himself or any member of his family. Rather, he is factual and professional. I highly recommend him for his real estate expertise, which is considerable. 3) Roberta Creighton is a skilled ElderLaw attorney who has always been kind, helpful and professional to me even though I have not always made that easy. In some ways I am a competitor to her in the Medicaid application processing portion of the Medicaid planning business and yet she has always handled herself with poise and graciousness towards me. I highly recommend that anyone considering this firm call and make thier own judgment remembering that correct and truthful advice is the hallmark of a quality attorney and the ultimate goal in judging the quality and value of counsel.

Can’t believe the negative post , so I must speak up I Could not be more pleased with the firm. Very courteous and thorough , Our Family has had many transactions through this law firm & every one of them was handled very professionally and in a very pleasant manner for the past 15 years . I have personally recommended Able Putnam to all of my friends or anyone I meet that needs a need for realestate transactions.

Agree with some reviewers. Abel Putnam is the most arogant perosn. He brags about his brother's political carrier, Adam Putnam, brags about how rich he and his family to own so many real estates around Lakeland. Very bad person that I ever seen. Dishonest money sucker!
