Top notch even in the midst of power outages and a category 5 hurricane. I cannot say enough about the dedication and attention to detail.
First consult was made four days in advance and was cancelled, literally, 20 minutes before the appointment time. The rescheduled consult was a two day wait that resulted in an abrupt “I’m too busy to spend 15 minutes to help you”. When I commented that I should have been told that initially (a week ago), she blamed incompetent staff.
