You don't actually have to go to court you just go to a room downstairs in the Newport News courthouse and speak with an attorney to set up a payment plan. Their start date on their payment plans and the amount as payments for their payment plans are extremely reasonable.

They always say they are in court and they couldn't answer the phone when you try to make a payment. The one person they have answering the phones is always RUDE. So instead of hiring staff to answer the phones and listen to voicemails they decide to just screw families oveover because they do not know how to answer a phone. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, and unethical collection agency EVER. Let's say company EVER.

So far it's okay I guess but I've been making my payments on time and they r still adding intrest makes no sense
