Had a great experience at the St. Albert location! I had Dr. Cynthia Yip as my optometrist. She was friendly, professional and promptly detected my retinal tear and got me into the specialist the same day. I am forever in debt to her for saving my vision! Would highly recommend her and this office!!

Had to get 2 exams and still didn’t get a proper prescription. Had two different doctors. First didn’t seem to believe me when I said it didn’t look right still and just gave me whatever prescription and the second got annoyed with me when he couldn’t get it all clear for me and wouldn’t listen to me when I told him exactly how it was fuzzy. Won’t book with them again.

East Edmonton Costco, with Dr. Singh. Not a good experience. Not thorough exam for both my husband and my children. Not welcome attitude showed in him. It feels like he work by force. Will not coming back

Great doctors, great staff! Very kind and helpful. Small office (St Albert location) but very efficient and thorough exam Would recommend! **Note-Since I placed this review initially, almost my entire extended family have had their exam at this little clinic. They were all very impressed with patient care and will continue as patients at this location!

I've tried them a few times because it was conveniently located in the Costco near me. The doctors I have seen are fine, but the online booking system is bare bones and do not try to call and talk to anyone. I tried to call and confirm whether my appointment was booked (I did not receive a text or email confirmation or reminder despite providing both) and was taken on a journey through their automated answering system (they use the same one for all of their offices in all 6 cities) which ended with a voicemail recording that told me NOT to leave a message because they do not check their messages. So much for the convenience factor.
