Not very responsive. Called Attorney Quat for help with a fraudulent charge. Asked me to send all details to his e-mail. Which I did on 5/10. Hadn't heard anything from Mr. Quat for 8 days. I then called and left a voice mail asking if he received the information and to please call me. Never bothered to call me back.
