I am fighting for my grandparents house and was told that "Unless it's a $500,000, I dont see the point" Nevermind things such as a home that you grew up and can have sentimental value, and not to mention wrongful taking. So, I'm not sure about this guy being caring and understanding then again I could have caught him on a bad day.
