I obtained Jonathan Merel for my divorce. He assured me from the start things would be ok. His firm billed me $10,000.00 in fees after just two months, and we NEVER even met. He filed for dismissal three days before my FIRST court appearance. The service was very bad, with few returned calls, and little knowledge of my case. The fees were staggering, charging me for my wife's spending records, for a year never in question, $3000.00 Whenever her lawyer charged an accusation, the Merel Law Firm cowered, even went so far as to scold me when I was completely in the right. Furthermore, with my parents and brother in the room during a conference call, Jonathan dropped the F-bomb five times. RUN from these clowns. They are only interested in easy, slam-dunk cases. They have no scruples to drop me during my hour of need. They will do the same to you, after they bleed you dry.
Loser who humiliates women, and lies like a rug. If you are a woman with children...do not hire. His partners are awful too.
I am not sure if words can describe the hard work and dedication the team at Jonathan Merels office offers. I am truly pleased with all that they do. You are not treated as just another client, you are treated with the utmost respect, dedication, and loyalty. I work a lot with Michael Levy and he is great with getting back to me via email or phone call, and getting everything done. He truly is helping me every step of the way and is fantastic at explaining everything to me!! I also work with Melissa and she is AWESOME! I HIGHLY recommend this law office to anyone who needs help with family law. Thank you to EVERYONE at Jonathan Merel Law Office! :)
