Mr. Apffel did not adequately prepare for this case, didn’t prepare us for court and couldn’t hear anything opposing attorney or the judge was saying. (Apparently doesn’t wear a hearing aid) Needless to say we lost big!! He may have been good back in the day but today is another story. Please beware!
