Mediation Services

my wife and i where forced in to mediation with this company did not know we had a choice. we where immediately meant with nepotism and aggressiveness. she was in our face letting us know she thinks we have no evidence (even thou we showed her we did and showed her medical evidence and scientific evidence against what she was saying. she refused to listen our evidence or our proof she just kept saying no the other party says opposite & my wife asked well show me her evidence and the lady said she had none and my wife said she had the evidence that says she is lying & we had the proof that what she was saying was not true she refused to look at the evidence and or listen to the tap and the evidence and that phycologiest and nurses say opposite of what she thought. after over 10 hours of being there and her in our face and the other party taking hours which we belive was a tatic to make us more strain to get us to give in. i was so stressed from the lady in my face denying everything and then in the end she came to us saying i know they will sign just do this. this is in the door as we where all going out to take a bathroom break she was in the door way with the other lawyers right there we felt cornered in the lawyer had left we had no one to protect us & intimidated by her which is illegal. she also then lied said she was writing things in and not to worry she would get the revised one too us. in the end she cost us an extra 4000 dollars cause of her lies and intimidation and forcing us to sign with correction there and forcing us to give in due to the intimidation she also caused the other people to refuse to pay saying she didn't mean that and she caused us not to get stuff cause she said she put it in and did not it caused us to still get harassed by the other party for months that which caused us the 4000 i said earlier. this was the worst experience ever and illegal pressure we have ever had. we have contacted them and they do not care at all
