Learned first-hand why he only has one star today. My family lost their grandmother, who had her will and trust done by him. I called to verify some information, as I already had a local attorney give me some answers. I just wanted to verify with him since he wrote the will, and we cannot afford an attorney to represent us to make the phone call. We had already called him the day prior and emailed, so he knew what we were calling for. He was super rude, wouldn't answer questions, gave smart-ass remarks back and ended up hanging up at the end. I guess it's such a small town that people think they can be rude and people will still come to them. Sad. Maybe it's because he already got paid and I am not the one paying him...but he already got his paycheck and now she has unfortunately passed on. So I guess his work is done.

Called looking for some information. Got a quick phone number to call someone else and hung up on! Didn't even repeat the number (not that I had time to ask him to do so) to make sure I had it! Talk about rude!
