BURLINGTON, WA-Gerber is always my first call or the first company I mention when someone says they need auto glass or collision repair. I have used Gerber 3 times and each and every time, my repairs are perfect! This time I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Stephanie and I couldn't have gotten better service; from the moment I called until my vehicle was ready, they were helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks so good, you can't even tell someone smashed into my car. Also, I just want to say it is the "little things", like picking up car and noticing that they cleaned up all of the spilled coffee spots from the coffee that went all over the interior of my car when I was hit. Thank you Gerber!
Top notch, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. From fender bender to major collision. This is the place. Cedar and her staff run a tight ship. Well done
Avoid at all costs! Disassembled undamaged parts, wouldn't reassemble any of the parts when we decided to keep the vehicle. They tried to pressure us into scrapping the vehicle. Wouldn't check all parts were there when we picked it up. Only "positive" is that Some of the staff were polite.
Tell that snob you have working in the office to ditch the attitude or go work at McDonald's or something. He was incredibly disrespectful to my elderly mother. She's 75 dude, have some pateince and pull your head out. Not a good face to have representing your company. BUYER BEWARE - I'd recommend Fix Auto instead, at least they know what customer service is supposed to look like.
After being rear-ended and working with the other driver’s insurance company I was offered a choice of shops to use. I chose Gerber since my parents have had good experiences with the shop I’m Spokane. What a mistake! When I brought my car in for the estimate the gentleman who did the estimate told me that I should switch insurance companies since mine “is horrible to work with.” Even though my insurance company wasn’t handling the claim. I was also informed that the master warning light was “just the tire sensor” and that my car was “drivable” even though the headlights and break lights were out. Thankfully the insurance company agreed that it was not and provided a rental. They couldn’t fit my car in for 2 months, an inconvenience but understandable. During those two months that I was waiting they called me 2 times to tell me my care was “drivable” and that the insurance company shouldn’t be paying for a rental car.
