Our Services
Raiford Law's focus is you. For your convenience we have two office locations in Seattle and Everett. For your legal needs we offer divorce and family law as well as administrative, landlord/tenant, and general law legal services. If you have appellate needs, we offer the services of filing and arguing Motions for Revision, Reconsideration, and appeals with Division I of the Court of Appeals. Although Raiford Law prides itself on its effective full representation, it does offer unbundled legal services for those who decide to represent themselves. However, when things get too complicated, a hearing or trial are approaching, or mediation is unsuccessful, Raiford Law is ready and willing to get what you need when you need it the most.
In addressing your individual issues, our strategy may include litigation, mediation or arbitration, negotiation, or collaboration. When appropriate, Raiford Law works with highly-skilled experts to identify, characterize and value significant assets, including stock, real estate, business interests and retirement accounts.
