After having appointment with 2 law firms and 6 lawyers, Mrs. Ragozar was the one who was looking the most promising with the knowledge. It was a long way, many things didn't make sense at that time, people were saying my path for a H1B visa would be very hard to succeed. I've found the process was not quite straightforward and time we had was not encouraging as well. Exactly what she told me to do for her after consulting is to write a good review about my experience with her. I' ve been waiting patiently for this moment to write about my experience with this wicked and arrogant attorney. I was so unlucky to come across someone like her on thumbtrack, schduled appointment took consultation fee and the horrible consultation with her should have triggered my senses but then i was naive to the immigration law of the country... In 2 months, she took 2 separate payment of 75% of the total from me without filing 1 single paperwork to USCIS. She still got the nerve to be calling me to get the balance without filing nothing for me.. If i call to ask about the case, she get mad and respond that i'll need to pay additional money for time she spent on phone with me...She said she doesn't appreciate clients calling her. I dont know who hire attorney and cannot call her to ask question. She capitalised on my vulnerability to extort my hard earned money without doing anything and still threaten me with a rubbish paperwork to sign. Its almost 2 years, and if U're reading this i want U to know that the money U took from me is the highest money i've ever had from then till now, i've been homeless with my family and feeding has been difficult. If U want to know peace of God in life i plead to U to refund me any amount u can because U DID FILE NOTHING AND TOOK MY MONEY, U RENDERED NO SERVICE. I want to believe every person writing positive reviews here are either friends & family members or The attorney uses multiple identities to write them because there's nothing good about this attorney......Believe me, Unless i get some cash back to feed myself and family, the wrath of God awaits people like U who cheats others and felt they are smart.
