I had a very unique case which Jason immediately took heart in, and he used his experience, wisdom, and knowledge of family law to provide the best information possible to educate me and provide proper parameters for me to make decisions within. I felt like his honest objectivity was much needed at times regarding emotional decisions, and his empathy during the process made me feel understood. The mediation process was a great experience, and I felt confident and heard in all ways. We achieved results that were more than fair without needing to go to trial. My trust in this process (as well as my ability to be honest and stay true to myself) led to a resolution that I can have peace with. That fact alone is worth everything. Crystal took over the paralegal communications in the middle of the case, and this is when I felt the communication was at its best. She is a true asset to this firm, and I appreciate all of her efforts in understanding my case (catching up to speed on what was missed) as well as her positivity and encouragement. Although the process took longer than expected, it was not due to my team. I am officially done with the process after having just signed the final papers, and I couldn’t be happier with the ending of this chapter of my life.
