I would not recommend this lawyer at all!! After my father passed I called this lawyer to help my mom with her estates and will since my father went through him for his will. I came to find out that mother had no will no end of life planning whatsoever and now she has to go through probate to even establish her properties that was left to her. They should of been guided to do a trust from the very beginning considering they own 4 estates. When I called Farber and asked about a trust he said oh no no. That will cost thousands when in reality probate is costing the family thousands. Never trust a lawyer that makes decisions for you and look for lawyers who present your options and at least recommend that your wife or husband also has end of life planning in place not either or. Myother shouldn't have to go through probate at all and now she does because of this lawyer

Randy has always gone above and beyond for anything I've needed done for over 15 years. He's represented me in a divorce, a custody issue and now a civil matter against a family member for theft/fraud. Randy was able to successfully negotiate a nice settlement for my parents in this elder abuse case and we couldn't be more grateful. Toni and the other staff members have always been super helpful, friendly and understanding during these stressful times as well Thank you Farber Law!

The first words that come to mind in my experience with this attorney are negligence and incompetence. My older (now 57) developmentally disabled brother was hit by a car in March of 2017. Police and EMS responded and he was hospitalized for a week. Afterwards, our elderly mother retained Farber for an injury claim. He did not file the case for two years, even with persistent requests from our mother to settle. The defendants were fully insured. He did not “serve the defendants until August of 2020 because “He couldn’t find them” even though they were named in the police report had he looked. Per Idaho law, once filed the attorney has 182 days to serve the defendants. If he does not serve within that time period, the case is dismissed per Idaho Supreme Court. Unfortunately we are now in collections and responsible for a $50,000 + hospital bill due to his gross negligence and incompetence. I’m in hopes this review will prevent others from a financially devastating experience such as this that could have and should have been closed three years ago.
