I was being sued and desperately needed a great attorney. I spent hours searching the internet. I eventually found the Randolph Law Firm. I read many positive reviews and decided to go for it. I went in highly skeptical because my father has had many bad experiences with lawyers. I hold Mr. Randolph in the highest regard. He called me personally many times even outside of business hours to update me and to discuss my case. I was in a vulnerable financial position. He could have taken advantage of that but he absolutely didn't. Mr. Randolph is an honest and professional attorney. For any legal matter I have in the future I would not hesitate to contact the Randolph Law Firm. I am a real person and did not receive anything to write this.nnI see a couple of negative reviews posted. In my opinion these people didn't get the settlement they were expecting or hoping for and let their anger get the best of them.

I searched all around for a tax attorney to help me resolve an issue I was having with CA Franchise Tax Board. They were saying I owed past due business tax, but I knew they had made a mistake. I called around to a few of those 800 numbers you always hear on the radio but nobody seemed to know why to handle this issue. nnI finally found the Randolph Law Firm and actually got to personally meet with Taylor Randolph when I went into the office. After meeting with him I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with him and he didn't put any pressure on me to retain him. After about a couple months they were able to get my tax issue resolved with a result I am ecstatic about. I couldn't be more thankful and if I ever need an attorney in the future or have any tax issues I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you for all of your help!

Randolph Law Firm was second to none! They were professional from start to finish. I've filed with others in the past, but this was my first time with their firm. Leah checked me in at the front desk and was warm and friendly, and Jordan helped me file. He answered my questions and was very helpful. It was a smooth process and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. For ANYTHING tax related, Randolph Law Firm is the only way to go. Come every tax season I'll be coming back.

PLEASE READ THIS ONE BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS!!!! nnI originally was influenced by all of the glowing reviews to go with them for some tax issues. After over a year of payments and nothing getting done, rude, lazy and unprofessional employees. nnThey took a stressful situation when I was sick and desperately need of help and made it worse. I believe deliberately to try and take advantage of me and the situation. Took many payments totalling several thousand dollars and basically gave me the run around for over a year. nnHe wanted to charge me $50,000 to do an Offer In Compromise with the IRS. You're not reading that incorrectly, yes, 50K when the average rate nationwide is around 4-5 thousand. This is very common information all over the Internet while Taylor told me, "I don't know where you looked but that's not the case" LOL this guy is completely unscrupulous! nnI don't know where all the positive reviews came from but I find it very suspicious to say the least. So if you're looking for a tax attorney you're probably in many cases at least somewhat desperate. Then you read a bunch of reviews (like I did) and possibly fall into the hands and a greedy predator (like I did) who's sizing up the situation isn't in your best interest but theirs. So they can take the first look and figure out how to get the most possibly money out of you instead of promplty trying to take care of the situation for a fair and reasonable amount of money. nnMy experience with this place was pathetic, I feel like I'm going to throw up just typing this.

Top notch service and professionalism. Jordan is always a huge help with my tax returns and is always courteous. 5 stars is simply not enough for Randolph Law Firm. nnOddly enough, I do not feel like vomiting after typing this.
