They have owed me a refund for over 1 month now because even though I finished paying my settlement, they continued to withdraw payments. I called to get my refund on excess payments and they still have not issued me my refund. It has now been over a month and now when I call to follow up they are rude and I had a gentleman yell at me on the phone.

They are very rude they are making it very hard for them to Reinstate my driver license I have proof that I did not have the vehicle when the vehicle was in the car accident . I have sent in the proof to them and to GEICO showing I did not have Possession of the vehicle they keep giving me the run around and telling me it's not worth me calling everyday to get up dates. I have to drive my 5 kids around with a suspended license to summer I'm just trying to get this fixed.

Claims to mail you notices an you have to find out the hard way that it a surprise cause they failed to notify me anything at all, don't even know my address yet claims I owe them money. Can't tell me anything that's a secret won't tell you where to go to pay them they want your credit card so they can just bill you when they want total scam!

They have been harassing my family for months and refuse to talk to our insurance company. They provide a phone number that our insurance agents can't reach. Very predatory practices.
