I was contacted tonight by Michelle Romero about an outstanding debt I need to clear. She was extremely patient and kind with all her responses to me and very understanding to my situation. She explained everything very well and helped me to set up an affordable payment plan to get my debt resolved. Not exactly proud of my debt, but who is right. I worked with a woman named Sarah and she was a tremendous help. Made the whole process smooth and easy to navigate, while being very understanding of my circumstances.
