GAL was not looking out for the best interest of the child. But following the Law as a black and white. Never took the child’s feelings, best interest or consideration of the child’s wants. Per the GAL she is not there representing or working for the child but gathers information for the judge and makes a decision. If you get a GAL kiss your child/children and money goodbye. Also, the parent has NO choice but to agree to the GAL’s recommendation. Because they are all in cahoots. So much for the law!

They do not care about your children, they care about getting cases done as fast as possible off their desks. A One year old is now court ordered to fly back and forth from Illinois to California once a month, even outside of their pediatrician’s recommendations. Good luck in your future if you hire this firm; I hope you have more money than the person you’re going up against. This firm will have you broke, and financially worst off than before even with a supposed “fair parenting plan”. I will edit to say I was cornered to agree to her parenting plan because she even said I couldn’t afford to fight it, which is true. Kat Allen is a wolf in sheeps clothing and a monster. She said she didn’t care that I didn’t have the money to fly my son back and forth to California once a month and it was “too bad” and she got text messages from my ex husband calling false CPS reports and she is charging me for them even though she said so herself. “I know you’re mad the exes are talking and I get it “ Do you get it Kat ? Have you ever went through two custody battles and the system twice at the same time whilst working a full time job? She will bill you for things she has zero business in billing and tried to violate HIPPA by giving my sons father and his family my private medical information. She should be disbarred from Family Law!
