I would rate this a -10 if I could. They tell you what you want to hear to get money out of you, however in my case they lied that I would get my permit soon which later on I learned it doesn't apply with my case (it takes years but they told me it would take 6 months). Second, if you have a question or an emergency it is EXTREMELY HARD to get in touch with a paralegal or lawyer.

I was a previous customer with this firm, as was my family for accidents, and other cases in the past, so I had lots of faith when I reached out to them for assistance with a family law/real estate case for an uncle of mine. I contacted the at least 7 times, each time I was promised a call back, along with an apology, but in the course of a month not once did I receive a call back. This truly let me down, because I feel that if this is how much interest they have in taking on new cases, I don't want to imagine how long it takes them to actually work on them. Terrible service, I had more assistance from the Legal Aid of Northwest Texas than these people. Take into consideration that I was willing to invest as much as I needed because there was a business on the line, as well as two properties and misuse of a power of attorney on the line. Don't waste your time with this firm.

We were told that there was a certain law that would protect my mother in case her father, who was sick at the time, passed away and her immigration case would be unaffected. My grandfather passed away about a week and she has pretty much lost her case because there IS NO SUCH LAW in place that protects my mother. The attorney says it was a "confusion". Now we are trying to get a refund and hopefully something good comes out of this.
