Ezra was great - very responsive and worked with my crazy schedule to find times to talk. I was negotiating my first contract and Ezra took time to go through the contract step by step to point out what was normal and what wasn't. He also offered to negotiate with my employer on my behalf but encouraged me to do it on my own in order to start off my job on a more collaborative tone and even provided a script for me to use in negotiating. I assume he would have made a lot more money by doing the negotiating himself, but I really appreciated that he kept my best interest in mind. He came highly recommended and I have passed along that recommendation to others. I will most definitely call him again for my next job.

I was referred to Ezra from one of my future partners for help with my contract negotiation as she had been very happy with his work on her contract. He was very helpful in reviewing the contract and knowing where the company would negotiate a seemingly "boiler plate" contract. He was very thorough and his suggestions were spot on.
