Renovate America has been able to help my clients receive funding for their projects and we have had no issue with them. Their staff has been helpful and kind. They have lowered their interest rates which has been helpful in making deals happen.

slander of title, fraudulent placement of a lien, fraudulent claim of total owed, unjust enrichment, work attempted and failed inspection 3 times, work not completed. Just a few of the horrific things this company did to me. I bought a house from a homeowner, got clear title with title insurance, and weeks after i bought it, this company placed a lien on the OLD owner and the house! Because they are in bed with the government agencies their lien sticks to the property taxes! even though it was completely invalid, and completely based on WORK THAT WAS NOT EVEN DONE! Bottom line, they forced ME to pay for installation of 15 windows in a house where they installed 3 windows and failed every city inspection! then i had to go in and re do their work and re pull their inspections! then when i brought this fraud to their attention, they ignored and delayed me for months. their lawyers did the same thing : The employees in their organization I worked I made them completely aware of what they have done, and the fraud they have committed. They did not dispute, deny or try to prove that they DID in fact do the work. Their employees did not have enough integrity to see a wrongful situation and fix it, they all just pass the buck in a bureaucratic game They simply held my house hostage until the title company had to pay them. THEY knowingly and with full awareness STOLE $15,000+ FROM ME!!!!!!

I paid off my Hero Loan and my home lender had already paid them, so now Renovate America tells me it will take them 6 months to get the money back to me. Unbelievable. I asked if they are planning on paying me interest for keeping my money for 6 months, just to process the payment. They said no, of course. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF BEING ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SO MANY PEOPLE.

Horrible company. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a payoff. But looking at other reviews I guess that's there tactic so that they can add more interest to the account. Very sad and the customer service is the worst. No one is concerned about your issue or concerned about assisting you. It was a big mistake using this company. Lesson learned!

Had energy efficient home improvements by Harbor Construction. It all went great! Hero suggested them so I checked Yelp and never looked back. First thing my accountant ever approved of.
