Had the pleasure of working with Bob Repko after a family member referred him to me. After which I assumed would be 2-3 year process we recently wrapped up in less than a year. During that timeframe Bob was extremely honest, professional, and best of all responded very quickly even on weekends. I’d recommend Bob to anyone looking for legal advice and counsel involving all family matters.

"Aggressive Billing Attorney" Bobby Repko labels himself an "aggressive Divorce Attorney." The only thing he knows how to do, is aggressively bill you. I asked him to draft two legal documents for me. He swore up and down that he was unable to draft the first one, and that it was the responsibility of my husband's attorney. This proved to be incorrect and he sheepishly wrote it for me after two other neutral attorneys corrected him. The second document that he drafted also proved to be flawed, and two other law firms pointed out that the protections it was supposed to outline weren't correctly written. I also can echo the other reviewers sentiments regarding his billing. He will aggressively bill you for every 2 minute phone call and email response. He's billed me over $5,000 for writing two documents that other reputable and much more professional law firms have told me were incorrectly written. If you want a lawyer who will needlessly squabble with your spouses attorneys to rack up billable hours than Bobby Repko is for you. If you need professional legal representation, who doesn't proudly label themselves as "aggressive," go with a professional. And a final thought, before paying Bobby Repko his insane retainer, ask other lawyers what they know and think about him. I haven't met one lawyer that respects him. The other lawyers have said that he's a royal pain in the @$s, that torpedoes the judicial or arbitration process in order to drag out his clients and maximize his billable hours. He should be ashamed of himself.

I was referred to Bob by a mutual friend and he immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. Bob cared about me as a person and went above any beyond for my custody case. My experience with Bob was he did what he could to reduce the out of pocket costs for his services. Thank you Bob!

Talks a very very good game but always caves to the opposing counsel. likes to drag things out to maximize the amount of billable hours and will give you a "freebie" once in a while and focus on the fact that they did. Divorce and custody is already an emotional and stressful time and they know how to manipulate your emotions to send more emails to and create billable work. They present themselves very well but do not know how to handle custody/divorce appropriately and will not fight for you. they are all about the money. Robert charges an astonishing $375 an hour which is 25% higher than the standard. Meghan charges $285 an hour. I was able to negotiate a slightly reduced rate but that was after firing them and they basically begging to take them back. After interviewing a bunch of other lawyers I was told my case was completely misrepresented and would have been handled completely differently if they represented me. THIS ORGANIZATION WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS DO NOT USE THEM.
