Unfortunately called and they wanted $290 just to see if the attorney could help me on a brief 10 minute phone call. Not sure if that is common but seems completely unreasonable. Will not be using them.

The receptionist on March 30 2017 at 11 am was beyond rude. I explained I was in search of a criminal defense attorney for my son. She right away got very short with me and said she could set up an appointment, when I explained I wasn't in the area for a sit down she said someone could speak with me only if I had a credit card. I then told her I wasn't trying to retain anyone at this moment but would like to speak with someone first to find out how much roughly this kind of case could cost me. She again said we don't give free consultation here. I told her I understood that and was not trying to get a free consultation, but if I was going to retain a attorney with this firm, I wanted to speak with one first to ask a few questions regarding payment and a few other questions. She then told me if I wasn't willing to give her my credit card information I couldn't speak with anyone. I informed her I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars before I spoke with one of their attorneys, she then said "to bad this is how it is" I informed her I wish she has better customer service and they were going to lose my business. At that point, she hung up in me. Wow really!!!!!!!!! So not giving them a bad review because of their work, but their practice of how they deal with people.

On friday I made an appointment for a free consult over the phone for Monday afternoon. I walked in monday afternoon and the receptionist told me I was not in the schedule and she did not recognize the number I had called to make the appointment. I went outside and called the number again and it was answered "restovich and braun" the receptionist told me no one who answers phones knew anything about the appointment and their consult fee was $300. Waste of time. Edit: 2 hours later I get a voicemail saying i missed the 3 o'clock meeting and asked if i wanted to reschedule.

Recieved an outrageous bill with very little results! Huge mistake walking in there door. Got lied to over and over, very poor legal advice when it was given. Tom Braun was next to worthless! Nothing happened the way he said it would and when asked about it he just quit. So if you want to be lied to and then have to find a new Attorney because they quit, here ya go. This firm is a paper pushing-pocket lining joke. They dont care about you unless they drain your accounts then there done with you

I used Bruce Piotrowski back in 2004-2005 to divorce an abusive Husband with a TBI. I knew then he was an excellent person and attentive attorney. I’m not surprised he has so many accolades- and is such a public servant as well. I never properly thanked him. Thank you Bruce!
