Things started off well with Jonathan and his staff but I started getting letters after my bankruptcy court hearing and I informed Jonathan and Penny of every SINGLE notification. The only responses I ever received were Jonathan was notified and he's working on my issue. Today is July 20th , my issue was never resolved, my bankruptcy has been discharge, I'm out of a few thousand dollars due to following the instructions of Jonathan Rettig and now I'm car less. Probably going to lose my job and be right back in debt because JONATHAN RETTIG NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AFTER MY BANKRUPTCY COURT HEARING. ATTORNEYS ARE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND HE FAILED ME!! I DON'T RECCOMEND HIRING THIS ATTORNEY IF YOU ARE FINANCIALLY STRAPPED. Just save your money and get a $2000 attorney because at this firm you get what you pay for ???????????

He is a great attorney and has the best rates that I could find from Mobile to Hattiesburg to Gulfport! Very professional and moved fast. He even put a stop to the people that were still trying to contact us after we filed. He made the whole process very easy for us.

It's been 38 months of very poor experience. No returned calls, no action on my behalf. The court is aware of his poor performance.

Good luck ever getting a call back. I've called several times with a question about my case and no one ever calls me back.
