This is my first time reviewing in google. I highly recommend this Law office Rha Kim Grossman & Mcllwain, LLP of is very professional and knowledgeable. They made a difficult situation easier to endure.

I still cringe at how dissatisfied members of my family and I were with this firm. Reading the responses from the owners about verifying identities, which seems like private information you shouldn't divulge as a reputable institution, and saying "we don't recognize your name so please contact us directly; your review is wrong/not credible" is peak gaslighting, and most of all, unprofessional. What if some of us don't want to disclose our real names - shouldn't lawyers know the power in the disclosure of names? I won't disclose names (unless you respond to this review and try to gaslight potential clients into thinking that "this name doesn't correspond with any clients represented by our firm") but one of the lawyers expresses herself with such an incredible amount of disdain & dismissiveness. Her interactions with members of my family and me left such a bad taste in my mouth to the point that I still think about it years later. On top of all this, these types of interactions were enacted at a time when our entire family was sensitive in emotions, which is why even though I hesitated in leaving this review, my moral compass will not let me stay silent any longer. Kindly let me know if you'd like me to corroborate any of my claims; I will gladly oblige. Please expect a post-edit and an updated review if you respond in a way that diminishes the real pain my family and I have been through. I hope you can consider that some of your responses, coming from a law firm, are incredibly unprofessional, and are also part of the reason why I'm leaving this review.

I have been working with a few attorneys and they were all definitely more than just problem solvers. Especially, Patrick McIlwain was one of the best attorneys, as far as I know, who did help prevent problems from even coming into fruition. Their wise advice and professional work did solve my case quickly and smoothly. Thank you again.
