I did not have a very good experience and it was unnecessary as well, I did a quit deed with them, I was told I would receive it in the mail in 2 weeks I don't remember being told I could access the recording online (in 2 weeks) until I called to inquire the status that is when I was told by Rick I believe that's his name that a quit deed takes 2 months, he was very rude for reason I'm not sure why, all I know is someone at his office gave me the wrong information and instead of him apologizing he kept insisting that I must have heard it wrong. No I didn't me and my daughter was told by his receptionist or partner it would come in the mail, in 2 weeks, the reason I become frustrated is because he seemed to be implying that I was the one at fault for hearing it wrong, he never told me how to access it online because he act as though I was upsetting him so much just because I called to inquire about services his office provided that I paid 300 dollars for, and told me inaccurate information about it, I finally called back( after he cut the conversation short and told me to have a nice day then hung up) to ask how to access it online the receptionist said she would email it to me I said that's fine but can she tell me how to access it for myself online, and I guess I shouldn't of asked that, because she started going on about why am I being so hostile, I said you can still email it to me I just wanted to access it as well, so she quickly told me some instructions I did not remember, it was emailed to me but I'm just disappointed that this happened they seemed to be very nice and professional I'm just not sure what went wrong.

Horrible individuals. Sneaky won't return phone calls. Works in deceit. Awful!
