I was in an accident with my kids on our way back up north. It was a great inconvenience so I thought due to the fact I live in another state and would have to handle this incident. I looked up law firms on the internet and read a lot of reviews before I decided to go with Ricci. To this day it was the best decision I made. Their team is amazing especially Joanna! She kept me updated on a weekly basis and was extremely patient with my availability. They took care of my kids settlement and my settlement. They explained the process to me clearly and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. Most importantly They didn’t make me feel like I was just another case they were pushing through their system. My experience with Joanna and Bonnie felt customized. Bonnie is going to fight for you and she is very thorough and Joanna is going to make sure you are in the loop and providing any paperwork necessary to keep the process moving smoothly and efficiently.

I was very pleased with the whole experience at Ricci Law Firm. Leann Gerlach managed my case like a champ! And at the office, Lindsay Freeman kept me up to date and answered any questions I would have. But, the STARS of the show were the two receptionists up front. Marsha and Brittany made me feel so welcome, when they found out that I had two grandkids they always asked about them. By having these two sweethearts greeting customers when they come in, Ricci Law Firm has a heads up on the competition in the area! I hope I never have to use another law firm, but if I do. This law firm is excellent I'm going to give a special shot out to Jasmine Xavier and Amber!!! They called they checked up on me and my son, they respond back to me less than 24 hours if possible. The communication at this law firm is so amazing thank you all for being so supportive through this process when I got into my accident They call and check on us at least every other day, I am very satisfied with everything they have done for my family you guys rock!!
