I contacted Mr Richard after my parents passed away. He was so kind, caring and compassionate. The office always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. It seems to be a little more "laid back" and not a typical stuffy attorney office, which made me feel much more at ease. I would highly recommend this office for any legal needs!

My father selected James Richard to set up his last will and testament. My father who is 93 has since passed away and my self and three siblings met with James, at his office and he was pleasant and the siblings divided jewelry but it’s been over a year and a half now and we still haven’t received an accounting of my father‘s bank statement, and credit cards which my sister and James, were supposed to take care of. I tried being pleasant for the first year and that got nowhere but excuses about how busy he was and how messy his desk is and more and more excuses. Maybe if my father was a very wealthy man and there was a lot of money to be made we would’ve gotten more attention or follow up. I have now resorted to being more blunt and trying to hold him and my sister accountable and still no response. I am thoroughly Disappointed in his lack of professionalism and I advise anyone looking for a probate attorney to seek someone with better reviews than James. I hate to do this but I see no other recourse.

By far the worst legal services I have ever been Ripped off for. Which comes with his Trade. Has not completed the Probate case he was paid for over five years ago and misappropriated funds and has withheld funds and have called and left messages at least a hundred times

Was nice on 1st visit and then never heard from them. Called x 4 with no response even with detailed messages left.
