I recently secured the services of Richard Schrade to represent me for a DUI. I was terrified. Richard and his team outlined out exactly what to expect. While I did not always know what was going on (the system is complex and fractured), Richard and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism and compassion that got me through a tough time. I felt the out come was extremely fair given the circumstances of my case. I would absolutely retain his services again but hope I never have to. :)

Wife had a DUI and first and only one. He was hired and paid a lot of money. She still lost her license, was sentenced to a night in Jail, had community service and a large fine. I'm not sure what good spending all that money to him did. Maybe if you have multiple DUI's but no value for a first offence.
