I do not recommend this office. Sold a cabin last month in Laurens County. Hired this firm for the closing. Paralegal was very rude from the beginning. She stated to the buyer, “This closing is more trouble than its worth.” I had some questions about procedures and she told me if I didnt like they way she did it I should go somewhere else. I told her I was thinking of filing a complaint about the firms business practices. She replied “Would you like the number to file a complaint?” Total disregard for a customer. Buying a new home next month and will be using The office of Harvey & Vallini.
