Mr. Grace handled our deed transfer. He went the extra mile making sure to get the lien taken care of and finding the deed. Which wasn’t filed at the clerks office. He sometimes was hard to get ahold of. Only because his paralegal was out on medical leave. But he makes sure to return your call. Not to mention his pricing was definitely fair compared to others.

Mr. Grace is a wonderful person. We've only used him a handful of times, but each time, he always addresses the human aspects of the situation first. Talks about what's right and fair for everyone involved (not just you), and only once that's settled, does he start talking about the technicalities of how to achieve the correct result through whatever options that might have. Whether that's just talking to people or acting as a mediary, or. If necessary, filing something with a court. The point is, you can tell that his first concern is to make sure that everyone is ok and as happy as possible and the situation is properly put to bed. That's not the kind of attitude you expect from an attorney, but it's a very welcome one.

Mr. Grace is very easy to work with— he answers my questions directly & politely, yet remains very realistic. He works hard, is very well-priced, especially for the quality of his practice. !0/10 would reccommend.

Richard is very experienced and great at what he does. He is reasonably priced as well. I will recommend him to anyone.
